A true classic, no self respecting Charcuterie Company would be complete without Duck Liver Pate. By taking beautiful, rich duck and marrying it with Armagnac (a classic French brandy) and a sprinkle of our own blend of spices we have managed to capture the taste of France in a jar.

Chicken Pate

Rich and elegant, we have combined Chicken Liver, butter, cream, port and our blend of herbs and spices into something that's guaranteed to get snapped up within 10 minutes of opening. Great for entertaining, though arguably even better when you don't have to share.
